On this date, you two will get a tour of the new menu with a four-course feast. You'll start with oysters paired with prosecco. Move on to the pasta course with red or white wine, then share an entree for two – choice of Long Island Duckling or Grilled Atlantic Salmon. Don’t forget to save room for dessert. For Todd English, a true love for food gave him confidence
to change his life’s course. At age 18, Todd left for college on a baseball scholarship, but quit and entered the Culinary Institute of America instead. Now he’s a four-time James Beard Award winner, and his signature modern Mediterranean style has made Olives a favorite of foodies everywhere.
